All content, code, branding, and intellectual property associated with Wisp remain the exclusive property of Wisp and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Wisp after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
